Ai always perceived baking as a way to destress herself from work. Back in 2010, she enrolled herself in short-course intensive baking classes on pastries, bread, and cake decorating. Here, she developed a passion for baking goods, particularly bread, due to the challenge that came with it.
Intrigued, Ai knew that she wanted to pursue this craft. She spent a year self-studying, practicing, and developing her recipes. Baking bread became more than a mere stress reliever and passion. It became a business.
Being a perfectionist, Ai aimed to create products that would set her bakery apart from the others. Thus, she came up with the Baguette in Nero, Cioccolata Flat Loaf, JLoaf, Nori Loaf, Pata Tim Bun, Walnut Cranberry Oatbread, and the list goes on.
... and The Baikery was launched in 2013. It is not an easy adventure, but receiving heart-warming reviews from customers and being able to provide jobs inspire her to continue the journey.
Today, The Baikery constantly launches new products and improves the menu to serve its customers even better. Learning doesn't stop, and The Baikery's story continues.
